Does the movie say? I know they did all kind of science stuff in that room, which the priest explains. But how did they get the baby inside of her

When they accused her of having sex, it was a pretext to force her into an examination with Dr Gallo. During that, they would have inseminated her.

No I think she was already pregnant then, she was having morning sickness. I would say it happened when she passed out after the wine.

Probably artificial insemination so she can still be a virgin to keep the conditions as close as possible to Jesus’ original conception/birth. I’m surprised though they didn’t get a nun of Jewish ethnicity to be the surrogate mother so the womb would be biologically similar to Mary
