In my opinion, Tony Revolori in the role of Flash Thompson is some of the worst casting I have ever seen. Not a believable bully at all. Looks like Peter Parker could beat him up before he got his powers.

I don't like his casting either. I sort of understand it though. They wanted to be as different from the older movies as possible and not use any actual characters and their looks from the comics.

And they're changing key aspects from the original story too. It's different enough to portray Aunt May as a dark haired sexy mature woman but she isn't supposed to know Peter is Spider-Man either. Changing characters this much... why not also change her name like they did with MJ ?

I understand, but quite a bit of the bullying I noticed before I graduated highschool in 2014 was the kind of bullying Flash Thompson does which isn't really physical at all. Unfortunately I can't see them doing anything cool with the character like they do with him in the comics due to how he acts. It doesn't bug me all that much though to be honest.
