Anybody noticed Gwen Satcy?
She is the one with Flash in the car.
The only reason mentioning the branzino in that scene, is that it's a reference for the Amazing movies, where we know that there's always branzino at the Stacy house if someone comes over. They obviously just came from dinner, plus Flash and Gwen use to date in the comics, so that blond girl whit him in the car had to be Gwen Stacy. (She doesn't even have a line)
I hate to spoil the illusion but that was Betty Brant Flash was with there. They showed her reporting things on the TV in the school.
shareThinking that was possibly Betty at first, I didn’t give it much thought. But after subsequent viewings, it’s obvious the girl riding with Flash is not Betty. Betty was seen in the dance when Peter arrived — and left. But yes, as other sites have pointed out the branzino mention in that scene had to be a nod to the previous movies. Although, does that basically mean Flash’s date is Gwen? I would assume it’s just a random blonde, but at the same time I hesitate to call it coincidental.
