Really? It was so obvious it was staged. I thought to myself all the time that the people with phones were sort of an audience , and everyone she interacts with were actors, and she's there as some sort of punishment. Look at the way we see the kiosk guy die from the shotgun guy. That looked like it belong to some Shakespeareian esque theatre play from 100+ years ago, not an high production 2013 tv-show... The way she's just about to get shot by the gunman, before he has to take the phone, where he doesn't even bother to watch the two so that the other girl conveniently escapes and can come back to "kill" him and continue the show. That was the point where I was convinced this was a play.
