Who would win in a fight?

They've fought in comics and animation. Physically Bats is no match for Drac, but he manages to outsmart him ftw (although it sometimes costs him dearly).

Batman because he's the hero. But really Dracula would kill him easily unless they give Batman plenty of time to prepare for the fight. Then Batman would win but not really because nobody wants him to lose so the fight would be rigged for Batman.

Dracula would win a fight, AND he'd win the girl!

Whatever girl is around. Bruce is just too much of a mess to maintain a relationship.
