This movie is "bombing" because they spent too much on CGI, not because of its quality or lack thereof. Is Avatar supposed to be the greatest movie of the decade because of its high gross? No.

Excuses, excuses. Anything to avoid the truth. The reality is general audiences don't like Blade Runner and they never will.

Agreed. The first movie had moments of brilliance which were otherwise surrounded by lengthy bouts of absolute boredom.
This movie follows the same format 100%.

It's an interesting setting for a computer game though.

This movie will make it. Lots of people are gonna see it twice like myself. I predict a slow burner. And take into account Europe and Chinese market, this movie will be a smash hit.

I saw it twice. It will have critical success, and over the long-haul, commercial success. But I am skeptical it will be a huge commercial success, which is a shame, but maybe that's the way it is supposed to be.

the marketing campaign in sweden has been massive, its on tv billboards on the subway this couldn't have been cheap..u know how much the marketing cost?
