It's previews were even higher than Tomb Raider's.You might be right about PR:U but even $25 Million is too low of an opening number with poor metacritc and Rottentomatoes scores (both audiences and reviewers don't seem too thrilled). It might be a crowd pleaser for those that care to attend though.

IN 2017 WW in your terms slaughtered the MCU based on domestic box office. Wasn't that all about bragging rights? But when compared to WW Box office WW didn't fare as well and so International dollars and now bragging rights don't matter?

you dont understand the results, there was not 1 god damn thing you could point to that even remotely suggested Tomb Raider was headed toward a 40% 2nd weekend hold...NOTHING....how you came to that conclusion is beyond me, You truly just had to have "WANTED" it to have a good hold, and then tried to wish it into reality...
