I don't think I've ever seen a movie that made me squeamish, no matter how much blood and guts was portrayed.
Until this one. My visceral reaction to the bear attack and to all the injuries was just sheer revulsion.

It was strong stuff but didn't have the same effect on me. The one movie which got to me a bit in all my years was Cannibal Holocaust from 1980, a found footage film which not only features what you may expect but also real animal killing. Presented as a found footage movie with the produced cannibalism stuff, it was all quite a lot for me on first viewing.
