Ok, Sigourney Weaver's character? Maybe... but Quarritch? Really?

Okay, I can believe that they'd bring Weaver's character back, the company already bought her one new body, so they have her genome on file, and her soul or personality is presumably being stored with the planet's Mother Goddess or world consciousness or whatever. And of course, no Cameron film is complete without Sigourney Weaver!

But Quarritch? Yes, he was a good antagonist, but he's exactly the kind of person that the Company considers to be replaceable, and disposable. Take him out, they'll bring in another case of testosterone poisoning.

Gotta have familiar faces, otherwise the hype will not work. And these movies are just based on hype, they were never based on quality.

I don't know, all I know is that the existence of hype or not will define its success like it did for the first.

That hype was for the cgi which is now dated. And kinda lame now. Oh well. I wish it good luck, but won't be supporting it.
