i can't remember a Hollywood theater movie as boring, uneventful, uninspired, lifeless, uncreative, or worthless. a lot of people must be high on pot giving this 5.3.

YOU KNOW THATS NOT RIGHT....THE FLICK IS VERY CREATIVE,EVENTFUL AND SUCH....IT SUCKS.IT SUCKS REAL BAD,BUT IT IS MUCH MORE ORIGINAL AND CXREATIVE THAN MOST SHITTY MOVIES YOU DONT WANT TO WATCH EVER AGAIN.

There was nothing original about it. It was one part Battlefield Earth, one part Dune, one part Brazil, one part Phantom Menace, one part Island of Dr. Moreau and one part Flash Gordon. It was like the Wachowskis ate a bunch of B movies and sci-fi films and threw them up onscreen.

Yeah, this is one of the few movies that truly deserves a 1/10. I had to struggle to sit through it and was cringing the entire time because of how self-indulgent it was. This was a very masturbatory film.

masturbatory as far as masturbating to mila kunis? of course! i mean in this movie she might be the most desirable, adorable, beautiful, delectable, tempting, irresistible, and hot girl i've ever seen in a movie. yeah this movie was one of the hardest movies for me to get through, it was so freaking boring and pointless. nothing entertains you in the story. and all it is in the last hour is one special effect scene after another which all look so fake. getting through it was so much torture because it was so boring. there is literally nothing good about it.

No, I meant that the movie was so self-indulgent with its special effects and over the top sets and costumes that the Wachowskis were practically wanking to themselves. I've never seen so much excess onscreen. The only other director that comes close is maybe Terry Gilliam.

i know you didn't mean that. i was just joking. but seriously terry gilliam is one of the greatest directors of all time. he directed the classics the fisher king, brazil, and the adventures of baron munchausen. you sure you're not confusing him with the director of moulan rouge and romeo and juliet(1996) and australia? now that guy is self indulgent.
