Kinda shitty how Fiona up and left so quick

I mean she didn't even see Liam, Carl, Kevin, Vee, and she wasn't even planning on seeing Lip or Debbie until they caught her packing. I mean i get wanting to leave before you change your mind but damn hang on a second and say goodbye to your family for a second.

At least when Ian went away he had everyone there to hug and say goodbye to him, Fiona just didn't give a fuck about seeing any of them, like she just wanted to get away from them.

Yep, it's the end of an era--and truth be told, as beautiful as Emmy Rossum is, her character was the most annoying of this season. It's actually pretty amazing how the Debbie character did a complete 180 throughout the series and went from annoying to intriguing.

She left exactly how I pictured, no big party for her, and the last words were to Frank, although he played it just as Frank does, without a care in the world.

Yeah Fiona was really annoying throughout this season, and the show may even be better without her.

And yeah Debbie's really improved alot as a character lately, so much better than she was when she was trying to look like a lesbian and all that dumb shit with the diaper at work. Finally Debbie is back to being responsible and taking care of things like she did when she was little.

It hurts her to leave that house. Goodbyes would make it hurt more. Some people are like that.

Exactly how I saw it. Goodbyes can be extremely painful in certain circumstances. If this was real life, its not like she wouldn't be seeing them in the future. She sacrificed her prime years raising those kids and now she deserves some "me time."

I can understand her for leaving. She's been taking care of her family for most if her life. She'll lightly never get another chance of climbing out of the gutter.

I think that has a lot to do with the Actress (Emmy Rossum) She wanted out and the writers were fed up with her at that point so they just didn't give a shit about the storyline which is really unprofessional to the audience, and frankly, to her. She sounds like she was a pain in the ass to work with but she was VERY talented and did a great job with the role throughout the seasons.

I also think it's a bit of bullshit that they paid her so much less than Macy. I fucking love Macy, he's a great talent but all of those years she had just as much if not more screen time and at the beginning that was okay because he was the most famous of all the actors but five years in that starts to get shitty, really shitty to pay him so much more when she was so vital to the show.
