Good ending to the series!

Alexander Dreymon is probably the hottest Viking to ever hit the big screen. The movie is great if you watched the series first. This was closure that was much needed.

The only thing I didn't like...and thought was completely stupid...was the gay relationship between a priest and a king. That would have never happened in the long time ago days.

God Damn. I loved the movie, but 30 min in when I saw the queers, it pissed me off. You could see my post in the other thread.
I can't stand it when they take historical figures ― for whom there is no evidence to suggest they were Alphabet People ― and make them gay.
These woke degenerate fucks just can't help themselves. They have to ruin everything.

If it was historically accurate I'd have no problem but the creators used artistic license. It reeks of corporate inclusivity checkbox. Does the final chapter need go there?

Other than that, I did enjoy the film. The last few seasons seemed like chores to get through so having a 2 hr movie was like nice bite size.

Yes, exactly. At least if it's historical you know what you are getting into. If you're not interested in seeing LGBTQ content you could skip it, but in this case, you have something that you've been watching for years (assuming you watched the TV show) and you expect it to have a certain vibe, style, tone, etc., so when all of the sudden they drop a queer bomb on you, for no reason at all, it feels out of place and takes you completely out of the story. And like you said, it's only there to check a diversity box to satisfy a bunch of mentally ill woke degenerates who feel that it is ok to impose their deranged ideology on everyone else whether they like it or not.

I've had enough of "Diversity, inclusion, and representation". From now on, I'm only interested in Homogeneity, Exclusion, and Representation of the majority.

You sound upset.

Would have rather have another season. The movie felt rushed.

The show was really good though …

Kinda didn’t like how they left Uthred in the air.

As a straight man I've no hesitation in saying the guy really was eye candy as Uhtred. His look and performance was captivating throughout the series and this movie.

Travis Fimmel was badass as Ragnar in Vikings but his intensity got a bit tiresome after a while. I ended up liking Alexander Ludwig (Bjorn Ironside)'s character much more.

It is historical. Try doing some research.

So I have to watch 46 hours of The Last Kingdom first?
