shareNegan's plan must to be to take out the Whisperer command right? No chance he actually wants to join those nutters. I think he'll do whatever he needs to in order to find the hoard/hoards and then take out Alpha & Beta and any sub leaders and then bring the heads back to the group as a peace offering. That's what I'd do at least.
