I know she hit her head but that was random as fuck she was just in a wheelchair at the end with no kind explanation or scene saying why. Did she get crippled? i don't get it.

Unless they come back in the next episodes and say she fell on her spine and broke it I'd say it was safe to say she had a head injury, a concussion and they just wanted her to stay seated to avoid falling from any dizzy spells or side affects from her head injury. Just a guess.
