Critics got this one right...the audience didn't....Crystal Skull better...

...this one is not as good as Crystal Skull. It's ok. But not that good. The action much better in 4...

Well it's true. I rewatched DOD and it's not horrible. It's just not great. KOTCS had better action. The opening scene in the warehouse is classic Indy. The complaints about the film were stupid back in the day. Everyone bitching about what is a plausible action scene in Indy films.... 😂

Crystal Skull was ruined by the ending. Dial of Destiny was saved.

I couldn't disagree more. Frankly I have cousins that didn't care for a lot of stuff in Crystal Skull but they liked Indy getting married to Marion at the end. I do too. I understand it has the worst special effects but him getting married to Marion was a highlight. Him getting back with Marion in this was satisfying too.

Agree, CS has a LOT of flaws that should have been fixed and if you cut out the monkey and fridge stuff it's not a stupid.

DoD is boring.

Whatever the case may be - I certainly hope, mercifully, this is the end of Indiana Jones. One didn't even think "Crystal Skull" was necessary - let alone this one (which I haven't seen because I think it's preposterous). Let's put it to bed guys, Indy's time is up.

Well this one is definitely the end. Ford has said no more. Ford is way to old for any type of action now. Even though he has mostly used a stuntman for all the films big scenes he walks much slower now and is getting close to not even being able to do a simple sprint anymore. Not saying he can't run right now but he's getting close.

I liked this film but it's the slower paced of all of them even with the 20 minute opening. The least action packed of all of them I would say.
