FACT: Abed Nadir is not wearing blackface in that image. I came to that conclusion using my superior critical thinking skills.

It's one of the funniest episode ever.
Ben Chang dress up as elf or something, not understand what is the big deal.
I remember a scene from The Office with blackface, and of course Tropic Thunder, in all these cases the meaning is completely different from the racist blackface from the past.
