Been watching this on Hulu and digging it! It's basically Paul McCartney & Rick Rubin going through Beatles tunes breaking them down and Paul telling stories behind them. Rick is the perfect dude to ask good questions and get the most out of Paul, I think. I'm 4 or 5 episodes in and there's no sign of Ringo, so this appears to be all of Paul's account of things, which is why it's titled McCartney 3,2,1, I suppose. I'm not complaining, just pointing out that he's not there, so far.

Could not agree more. Rubin was especially good, good interviewing that felt like a conversation. I would like to see ringo have his own show like this one

Well said, Rubin definitely made it feel more like a conversation. He was a perfect person to talk to Paul and get the most out of him!

I am not a huge Beatles fan but its pretty good. McCartney seems like a cool dude despite all the fame.

Yeah, it's great. I love when they dissect the multiple tracks. If you watched it on crappy stereo speakers, you missed out on half the fun.

English is not my mother tongue so I am not sure.

To the question why the Beatles broke up I think Paul McCartney just said:"due to business matters" (or something like that), or did I miss something?
