THAT IS A FAIR QUESTION.

That's a bit like the question of why every MCU film subsequent to the first Avengers movie isn't an Avengers movie.

Even presently watching Wandavision, I'm wondering why is that guy from the Ant Man film, her with the horrible voice and newly introduced superhero the only ones who've turned up. Where's everyone else?!

He destroyed them all at the end of the movie, remember? I don't think he had 70 lying around like in IM3. Looks like he had one for himself, Pepper, the Hulkbuster, and probably one for his kid. He got shit for creating the robot army in Age of Ultron, I don't think he ever built an army again.
