My list of favourites

1- England. They are a team that is improving a lot. They can win.
2- Italy. European champions,and altough they will probably lose Chiellini,they will have Chiesa and Donnaruma with more experience,and Zaniolo and Kean who werent at Euro 2021
3- France. Because they are the world champions and also have the best players. But a team who wins two consecutive world cups is more unique than rare!
4- Argentina. Now that Messi finally won with his national team,he is ready to win the World Cup? We'll see.
5- Brazil. They dont have the same talents they used to have,but Brazil is always Brazil.
6- Portugal. Cristiano Ronaldo will try to end his career with the national team with a bang!
7- Spain. They miss a striker but they are a great team. And many young players will improve a lot in this year and a half towards the World Cup.
8-Netherlands. With a good coach (it seems Van Gaal is returning) this team can do a lot! You'll see.
