This is what BIG SCREENS are for!!!

I finally saw this, even though I am not a fan of the book or the 1984 movie. What made this movie an immersive, enjoyable experience was the IMMENSE scale of everything. It looked like no expense was spared, no detail left out. While the run-time was a little long (I would have ended this part right before, or right as Paul and Jessica escape), I was so captivated that I forgot I was wearing a mask the entire time. I'd just like to say a big "THANK YOU" to the makers of this film for reminding us what big screens are for. And while I have no doubt some poor souls will watch this on their phone, all I can say is you really did miss out!

I'm so glad I didn't spend the money to see this on the big screen. Great looking film. Nothing else. I lost 2.5 hours but I saved around $15-20. They spared no expense but the casting was abysmal. I think they got two casting choices right. And this is a large cast, too.

Ah yeah, I think you're right. Which two did you think was right?
I give the nod to Paul,Beast Rabban, the Baron.

The kid was a weird casting choice.

Still they casted better than the book though.
