Yeah me too. I hope it delivers. Seems ok so far. A couple of good reviews. We will see.

But I mean, perhaps you shouldn’t. Not setting your expectations too high can actually be a good thing every now and then, ya know? :) Anyway, many on this site are (as always) setting their expectations low but only cuz of the usual film snob reasons (“back in my day!”) and all the other usual hogwash that’s spread ‘round here. Ehhhh

This is the first movie I will have gone to the theater to see for MYSELF and not my wife or kids in over ten years. I am super excited. Unless it's a full-bore Black Vikings and All-Powerful Woman Warrior Wokefest, I can absolutely guarantee it will be better than all the Marvel and Pixar and Chick Flicks I have endured for the last decade.
