How so? Nothing in the trailer indicated Loki or the TVA. All we know is it was Dr. Strange messing with a spell that went wrong obviously.

How do you connect this to Loki?

Yes is looks the events of Loki are carrying on here and will be completed (maybe) in the Multiverse of Madness.

I honestly don't think it's gonna be "completed" in Multiverse of Madness. This seems to be the next big arc for the MCU. So, it's probably gonna a thing for at least the next 10 years.
