you know, JUST ONCE I would like to see a crime series without any stupidity

But apparently that's impossible. 🙄

I just got to the point where the police has discovered the murdered women's hands and one foot in a refrigerator where the minister's driver and his girlfriend lived, and decided it to be sufficient evidence.

Uhm... helloooo??? Did everyone just forget that the killer had already used a hand to frame someone earlier in the show? If anything, that's his MO!

Facepalm. Nylander shutting Hess up. Thulin consoling him. I want to scream at the TV.

who was framed?

Did you watch the show?

reply

i just finished episode 4. no one was framed at this point.

reply

You missed it then. There was a blond man (the one who beat his daughters) in ep 2 who had a package with the dead woman's hand in his bag, supposedly sent to him by her.

And the scene I described in my OP was in ep 4.

Seems like you aren't paying attention.

reply

That was the Hauge character who received the hand in the mail. I assume the police thought the nurse and bodyguard sent it to him to make Hauge look guilty.

reply

You mean Hess? Who arrived from the Hague?

No, he wasn't the one who received the hand.

You need to rewatch.

reply

No. Hauge was the guy abusing Magnus. Hess was the cop with the glasses.

reply

He wasn't the one who received the hand!

Like I said, if you watched four episodes and didn't see anyone get framed with body parts of the dead women (even though it happened twice), then you need to rewatch.

There is a lot you are missing or misunderstanding.

On October 12th, another mother, Anne Sejer Lassen, was found dead. The police found Anne’s body with her left and right hand amputated in the woods near her house. Earlier, Laura’s amputated hand was found in a package seized from Anne’s husband. Thulin tried to connect the murders, but Kristine’s fingerprints on the chestnut man figure procured from the crime scene were the
only link between the killings.

?

anne was the first victim
laura was the second victim

laura's hand was seized from anne's husband. the cops thought the nurse and the bodyguard were responsible.

i do agree that the police tried to wrap it up too quickly after episode 4.

You are still not understanding.

Okay, whatever.

1. They initially thought the 1st husband killed his wife. He's the 1 who was molesting the boy. He has dark hair and locked hess in the basement.

2. 2nd husband was blond, he had 2 girls, his wife was indian or a minority. His wife was leaving him and she too was killed, both hands chopped off. They initially thought he was a killer too and was following a woman down an alley taking pics. He was sent a package with a hand, the package was opened when he was in the car with cops.

Hope you figured it out now.

i guess it's something you can't avoid in any tv show or movie, even the top top ones like Silence of the lambs or True Detective have to have some kind of small exaggeration or little detail left out on purpose in order to make the story work

reply

AWW...HIM TOO SMART FOR TV SHOWS...HOW ADORABLE.

reply

I’m just marveling at how many stupid situations could’ve been avoided if they’d just waited for backup.

reply

That’s the same in a lot of similar type shows. Idiots crash in and either end up dead or injured but the bad guy is 20 steps ahead of them and escapes.
