I actually couldn't stop laughing my ass off every time he was on screen.

He was a homage to Asian Actor Sammo Hung in SPL.

It really was the best part of the movie.. Dude was spinning around doing roundhouse kicks at his girth and size was incredible.. John shoots him in the ass and he's so fat he didn't realize it for like 5 minutes, then it pissed him off.. LOL
