Now that doomsday is almost upon us we can make posts like this.

1:Masstrip- masstrip was everything, funny charming, clever. He had obscure nerdy tastes and shared my love for such self -indulgent art as Invader Zim and Calvin and Hobbes comics. I was basically in love with him but he politely declined my 17 marriage proposals.

2: Sandman- he left a long time ago. Extremely intelligent poster, long time English professor, scholar and gentleman, former actor, basically the most interesting man in the world not selling DOS EQUIS.

3:Gothish- The sister I never had, my "New Girl" buddy who really got me into the show. One of my best online friends, the jelly to my peanut butter.

4:fourlemons- the matriarch of the board, silly , zany but at the same time level headed with interesting takes on every aspect of the show; opened our eyes to unorthodox veiws and weird animal combinations.

5:Censorshipsucks- One of the smartest , most experienced posters here with great takes and a vast knowledge of sports history and music. Taught me much about life and that I wouldn't have known otherwise.

6: Natehb: Currently my best buddy on the board who I discuss sports and political hot takes with especially emperor... Ahem I mean President ,Trump.

7:Vanessa Rutherford: ,A lot of you don't remember her becuase she was only here a short period of time; she was really smart and hilarious and a huge Angie Tribeca fan (as am I).

8: Znex- HOW could you not love "bringing znexy back"? Genuine, kind, colorful personality.

9: PK Larkins: we rarely agreed on anything but she always stood her ground and I respected her deeply for it. Unfortunately we lost her last year ...R.I.P

10: Youmightrabbityoumight- Best verbal sparring partner I've had on here with, dare I say it, impeccable music tastes.

This thread reminds me so much of the glory days of the BBM board. We had so many people there who truly cared for each other. To this day, we still PM and "gather" in friendship. Unfortunately, over the last ten years we've also had our sorrows as four really great people died, all of cancer.

Unfortunate also is that we had tomtrueman. He ripped up that board with a vengeance. In all the time he was there I remember only ONE positive post made about him. And from the couple of posts in this thread that reference him, he sure ain't beloved around these parts neither!

I'm sorry you've had to deal with him here. He's worse than the typical trolls. He uses multiple accounts to trick and fool people. And then he claims YOU are the idiots for being so gullible.

This is why I have taken such great delight in exposing him here. If I help but one person get over the pain he inflicts on others...

Back when the great troll invasion occurred on the BBM board in 2006, MANY IMDbers started a new forum, BetterMost. There, people were free to be friends and trolls were eliminated immediately. tommy also got vanquished from that place.

I hope you all can find a welcoming environment for the continuance of your TBBT community.

I admit, when I first came on here I felt kind of sorry for him/her/it. I think he/she/it was going by BetterThanThis at that time. The pity didn't last long, though. I saw very quickly what an acerbic, abrasive twat he/she/it is. ALL of the treatment that he/she/it got was well-deserved. Incapable of having an actual discussion...never admits when wrong...can never accept that someone may have a different opinion (if they do, they're just "dolts" and "not too bright"). The worst personality (or personalities) that I have ever encountered. The constant dropping of how "well off" he/she/it is due to the "wise investments and inheritance" just screams of being false and trying to impress (yawn). When caught in lies (many, many times), here come the laughable excuses (it's a character, like in a play! I worded it vaguely and you're all just too stupid to realize it!)...embarrassing. The sheer amount of time that he/she/it spends on this board indicates no life whatsoever. I am sure there are zero friends, and as far as a romantic companion...well, the mention that he/she/it had the encounter with the married man ONE time shows that he/she/it wasn't good enough that he wanted to come back for seconds...ROFL.

Again...a miserable twat. He/she/it needs to pick up its Barbie dolls and go find another sandbox to play in. No friends in this one (or anywhere else).
