What’s a “Personal?”
Caleb insists that among the many illicit activities he engages in, that “personals” is something he just won’t perform. What does he mean by that exactly? Anyone know?

shareThis link suggest PERSONALS might be a REFERENCE to MURDERS:

QUOTE:
—it is a future landscape where criminals set their own hours and possibly all go down together if they get pinched. Intriguingly, among the possible job types is “Personals,” which sounds dangerously close to murder in that “I Hear You Paint Houses” kind of euphemistic way. And as Caleb says repeatedly over tonight’s episode, “I don’t do personals.”
Many thanks for the link! You & it explained so much for me. Thanks!
shareYou're welcome!!
But hooking up with DOLORES probably also means he's going to end up doing the kind of PERSONAL JOBS that he kept insisting he doesn't do??? :)
Yeah, most likely. This is what I thought too, although they won’t be “jobs” but to survive.
shareLike Sylvester Stallone says, "They were all baddies".
shareI'd add to that aiding and abetting murder. Anything that results in murder as a result of that person's contribution.
shareThe RI¢O app had job listings titled "Red Rum" as in The Shining and "Wetwork" as in at the Vineyard. Those are both synonymous to murder to my mind. Only on S03E03, so not sure if the distinction between the two or their relation to "personals" is ever made, but am not invested enough to mind any spoilers at this point.
shareFound this link which suggests that S4 might begin in May:
https://westworld.fandom.com/wiki/Season_4#Overview?msclkid=60020cc6c7ce11ec8fdb809547f6aedd
The fourth season of Westworld was announced on April 22, 2020.[1] While HBO did not announce when the season is likely to air, unnamed sources within the company indicated a projected air date in May, 2022.
If this post was in fact intended as a reply to mine, forgive me, but I am unable to infer how. In any case, a line towards the end of S03 does indeed imply "personals" are at least kissing cousins to killing, and upon further thought it's possible "Wetwork" could just be a "Red Rum" of a higher value target, but that is not based on anything gleaned from the show.

I thought it was a job that involved handling of another person. So maybe like being a bodyguard, kidnapping someone, etc
