It's not ground-breaking science-fiction by any means, although I suspect its creators think it is. In that sense I suppose they might have as much of a God-complex as the Anthony Hopkins' character does in the show. But even so, I still find it entertaining.

I am looking forward to season 2 which hopefully will see the Hosts start rebelling more, just like in the original film. Season 1 seemed to take forever to get around to them starting to fight back against their treatment, but I suppose that was intentional so they'd have something to dramatize in the second season.
