Seriously... he worked for Brooke's S4 storyline and every other time he was just a waste of space and screentime. Maybe it's because I dislike the actor, as well, but come on, even Pete from Fall Out Boy was more interesting for 1 episode than Chase for 4 seasons...
shareI think after Lucas and Peyton left they panicked and just threw as many old characters back in as possible, I was surprised to see Chris Keller reappear a few times too.

Chase was useless as was Felix. You can see the show start to fall apart a little by the end of S3 and throughout S4. They don't really know what to do with it anymore so just keeping adding characters and upping the crazy.
