They want someone who can read their mind. Unfortunately this is impossible and it's why the sex battle will continue until the end of time and why alcohol is required to knock up as many chicks as possible until your sexual conquest ends and you realize single life as a man is better anyway.
In my experience women never want what they say they want. But based on my my relationships what women seemed to want is for men to be like Mel Gibson in this movie. That is, they want us to be a mind readers.

What I want is to be treated like a person and listened to as a person and if a guy wants to be with me is because he likes ME and not because he thinks he can please me as a woman... but then again people like you don't really care what the other person actually wants they want to pretend they care, check of a box and have what THEY want.

A good-looking, rich guy who is good in bed, is a good listener, is adventurous, intelligent, driven, works hard (but has always time for her), has a good sense of humor, likes animals and children, knows how to finish her sentences, understands what she wants without her even asking, cooks well, occasionally helps with the chores and is also romantic and caring.
