Hitting girls in the face

Would any guys here hit a girl in the face if they were mouthing off like Sarah Silverman's character was doing in this film?

It's just a movie, but how many movies have we seen where a women slaps a man's face or kick him in the balls for making a rude comment, and we think that he deserved it.

You're not supposed to hit anybody let alone a man hitting a random mouthy woman outside a club.

But the Sarah Silverman character was unquestionably trying get her boyfriend in an ass kicking contest for her own amusement.

She was more responsible for that fight that any single person there.

If a girl doesn't want to get hit in the face she should stay out of fistfights and quit stating them.

So yeah, you're not supposed to hit anybody, but if anybody deserved to be punched in the face it was her.

That aside, Sarah Silverman was hilariously great in that scene.

I wouldn't hit anyone for mouthing off, unless incarcerated when if you don't, you will be a target from then on. Or if a man were to verbally abuse my mother or significant other for no reason. That said, words spoken to my face against me will not receive physical reaction. "Sticks and stones.."
is a saying I've lived by all my life.

Had an ex-wife that spit at some rednecks that, unbeknownst to me, were making fun of my attire. Next thing I know I've been sucker punched and hit the floor. I had no idea she'd spit on them so no idea why attacked until the rednecks told me and ex admitted it. Why they attacked me is beyond my thought processes. They should have punched her for her attack and then I'd have attacked them for that. How I see it now, I may not have retaliated against an attack on her so she'd learn a lesson about defending me without my knowledge, especially in the manner she used. That same ex smacked me hard on my ear, early in relationship. She never did it again, is all I'll say. In 7th grade gym class, some girl I didn't know slapped me for some reason I'm not aware of, and I instinctively smacked her back on her arm. I got in trouble even though the teacher saw the whole thing. I don't pick fights but if I did I'd expect to suffer consequences. Should be the same for women.

I thought this was a good addition to the film as it cemented more of Philippe's and Del Toro's character.

I'd punch Sarah Silverman in the face just for existing.

The opening scene is my favorite part of the movie given how obnoxious Sarah Silverman is today. Gender Equality!!
