You know who would be a good replacement?

The Nerdist.

Chris Hardwick of "The Wall"

reply

Honestly, they should pick Tom Bergeron.

reply

Instead of Ken Jennings? I agree 100%.

I would even go for the similarly named Platoon actor over KJ.

Tom Beringer?

reply

Tom Beringer? Sgt. Barnes from "Platoon"? I can see it now: whenever nobody gets a question, he says in his Barnes voice, "I $h*t on all of you."

Ideally they should probably give Jeopardy a rest for awhile, but if I had to pick someome, it would be Levar Burton. He was excellent on Reading Rainbow all those years ago and would be a good host. The only problem is that he's in his 60s now and probably wouldn't have a very long run.

If it were up to me, I would cancel Jeopardy after this season and also Wheel of Fortune (you can't have one without the other). Sony should replace them with a one hour gameshow, perhaps a remake of something old. If that doesn't work out they can start the "new" Wheel and Jeopardy with new hosts, sets, etc. the next year.

reply

The show is about the game and not the host, so it makes no sense to cancel it since it's a great game show.

reply

I doubt it would get cancelled. "Jeopardy" is a ratings superstar. So is "Wheel of Fortune".

reply

WILL FERRELL.
