is beyond insufferable in this film. Her affected speech---her nasally crap, rolling rrrrr's and lisp all just make me vomit when I listen to her. I lo e the film, except for her. She ruins every *beep* scene.

I'm not a Gwyneth Paltrow fan by any means, but I think she's a talented performer, and felt she was especially good here; her marge character really ran the gamut with emotions, and I though Paltrow seamlessly slipped into every one of them.

I agree. I think she ruins, or at least detracts from, every movie she's ever been in.
