Where did Rose go and what did she do afterward?

Rose was a British national with no family or relatives in the U.S. So where did she go and what did she do after landing in the U.S.? It would make an interesting film to talk about Rose's life after Titanic.

Rose was an American who was in England when they took the Titanic on its maiden voyage back to New York. I think she was from Philadelphia specifically.

The Lewis Bodine character summed it up:
"Look, I've already done the background on this woman all the way back to the twenties, when she was working as an actress. An actress! There's your first clue, Sherlock! Her name was Rose Dawson back then. Then she marries this guy named Calvert, they move to Cedar Rapids and she punches out a couple of kids. Now Calvert's dead, and from what I hear Cedar Rapids is dead!"

Wasn't she from Philly? Regardless, she was American. Had to be, no other reason the actor (a British national) would make the effort to fake an American accent.

She went to DisneyLand! 🤪

I suppose the White Star Line gave her a bit of compensatory money after the end of the film, enough to find a little place to live in New York and to start a new life under a new name. I presume she spent her twenties getting a bit of work as an actress, being funded by various lovers, and pawning that diamond when she needed some cash. And went off to be an ambulance driver and adventuress during WW1, and enjoyed a bit of the Jazz Age before she found a husband and settled down.

I presume her husband was successful and she "married well', what we saw of her house looked pretty nice.
