You have to just pick ONE moment. I know it's hard, cuz this movie is so funny from beginning to end, but I think I know mine.
When Billy gets the Principal's love letter and it shows the line "I'm horny!" and then Billy looks at the Principal and he just takes his glasses off and gives this really sad little nod, I can't control myself.
Abby: "Olivia, something terrible has happened."
Olivia: "What, did you run out of eye makeup?"
"YOU BLEW IT!!!" Then that face

The clown falling over and everyone laughing at him and then cut to the clown with blood coming out of his mouth.
But the clown singing about the hemorrhage in his head is my favorite. This movie is brilliant and is woefully underrated. I think it is seriously one of the greatest comedies of all-time and seems to only get better with repeated viewings.
