This would be the actual future.

Just a reminder one of the things that were made illegal in the world of this movie was meat. That's more liberal than conservative. Most vegetarians I know lean more towards the left politically than the right.

If you are responding to the OP, he was exactly blaming liberals for that. I strongly disagree with his point of view, but if you tried to counter OP, you are actually giving him an argument.
