A waste opportunity: The title for the movie should be TerminatorS.

It's genius to name AlienS for Alien 2.

Why James Cameron didn't name TerminatorS for Terminator 2?

yes but there are only two terminators in this one, unlike Alien 2 where there are numerous Aliens.

Because Cameron supposedly wanted audiences to think that Robert Patrick was a human and the good guy of the film, akin to Kyle in the first. Then the trailer kind of spoiled that.
