I doubt there will be any big revelation.
It sounds like the fatima secrets: nobody even cared about them when revealed.

But in this case, it will be because they will give us peanuts compared to what's really there.
No way they will give us informations that clearly contradicts the Warren commission's BS.

Will there be a protocol to be followed so that we get exactly what's in there with no doctoring?

About the black marker.
I would expect that nowadays, let alone in 2029, there is a technique to read a printed document manually censored with a marker. Like an xray reader to get under that ink.
