I seen many similarities with Sly's movie...

lol. Im watching this on TV for probably the first time in 25 years, maybe longer. I came here to post the same thing. The director was clearly going for the kids version of Over The Top and Rain Man. I'm also seeing a lot of Best of the Best 2 in this but its weird because that movie came out in 93.
