Watching this again, it reminds me of Full House. If Full House were edgy and, you know, actually good.

"Full House" of course premiered the same year this movie came out.

Adventures in Babysitting if you ask me, is like a John Hughes movie, but John Hughes actually has nothing to do with it. It sort of makes sense since Chris Columbus, the director was one of John Hughes' disciples and would later direct Home Alone.

I JUST UPGRADED MY VHS COPY TO DVD TODAY...GREAT FLICK,COLUMBUS HAS SPENT HIS CAREER EMULATING HIS MENTOR.
