Solid 80s Bronson

Charles Bronson was in some really great movies in the 60s and 70s, but by the 80s his movies began to suffer. There were still some solid efforts: Death Hunt, Death Wish 2, Ten to Midnight, and, of course, Murphy’s Law. Murphy’s Law may be his last really good movie. It’s highly entertaining, has plenty of action and laughs, and features a creepy villain.

This is one I’ve seen the tape cover hundreds of times but never rented. I might need to finally give it a viewing.

Have you seen it now?

I knew it was going to be magical when the Cannon logo appeared in the beginning. Then first thing that happened was Bronson got racked in the nuts so hard he almost couldn’t get out of bed the next day. Lol I’ve got to say the soundtrack is so perfectly mid-80’s. Also the violence surprised the shit out of me several times. All the situations and dialogue are just bizarre and I loved it.

I like Borderline and Forbidden Subjects too.

Forbidden Subjects was such an odd film to me.

I've struggled with wanting to see it again because of the creep factor.
