teenagers? yeah right

the cast looks to be pushing forty

reply

Well, I don't think they looked forty (I'm forty, and I look like 17), but they did look like they were all in their 20's, at least. For what it's worth, in real life Kelli Maroney seems like a nice person.

reply

Good for you :)
I am quite impressed and a bit jealous
Im 44 and look every day of it lol!
And yes, Kelli is pretty big in the horror community...i would very much like to meet her and thank her someday at a convention or a movie marathon
She will always be a cute cheerleader with a machine gun to me!

reply

Yeah, Kelli Maroney, from my experience e-mailing her and meeting her at a convention, is very cool. I mean, I asked her goofy questions like "What was it like to work with Angie Dickinson?" and she took it in stride.
She'll always be the adorable heroine from "Chopping Mall" for me, but what film was that where she was a cheerleader with a machine gun?

reply

Night of the Comet (1984)

reply

Yep Night of the Comet
A favorite and fun 80's classic
She was so adorable

reply

Oh right! I didn't forget that film (how did ANYONE survive Earth devastation that film? Oh right, be cooped up in a film room and a shed), I forgot that Kelli Maroney's character wielded a machine gun there. Right, she totally rocked being the little sister in that film, she was bubble gum fun!

reply

Awe heck, you don't have to be jealous of me; I was supposed to meet this lady friend for Christmas and ended up in Jacksonville. She lives in Titusville, Florida, so that's a bit of a problem. She's quite upset at me, since she was alone for Christmas (traveling 1,270 miles is rough action).

reply

I have learned over many years and poor communications that sincere apologies go a long way with the ladies...
Seems us boys are always saying 'sorry...'
It often pays off though;)

reply

Yeah, we seem okay now; she just expected me at her place by Christmas, and that didn't work out, so since she had expectations, she gave me the business. She still seems a little sore, but we are back to talking. I've had money, gas, and vehicle issues; this wasn't an easy serve for me. I'd love to be with her; I think she's an awesome person.
Yeah, I think "sorry" is the word I've used the most:-), no kidding! I do genuinely feel bad here too, since she's such a tender soul (I guess you can tell I have affection for her; I've known her for 9 1/2 years; she has a cool voice and is a great writer, and that's all I need. Wait, she can bake, cook, and clean as well, and is highly intelligent. Yep, she kinda rules:-).

reply

She sounds like a winner buddy
Travel time aint nothing to spend a few days with a babe...
Apologize, write a sweet letter and...you know;)
Have a good time gluserty!

reply

Oh, I think she's a wonderful lady, and yes, I still feel a bit guilty. When we get together, I'll hug her like it's the greatest thing ever, then hopefully go for some dinner.

reply

Best wishes

reply

Thanks; I want to lift her up, not let her down anymore, so I just want to do right.

reply

Always appreciate the lady because the lady in your life will mean a lot
But dont put any lady on a throne...there are hundreds of them in the area
Romances are easily replaced...
Its very easy to swap them out
And get a better car
I suggest a Ford

reply

Ha ha, I sometimes go Foreign with cars, then play Foreigner music, because I want to know what love is, but I also like an engine that purrs! I can have both (color me greedy)?

reply

🎶i wanna know what love is🎶
Im more of a metal guy but yes...Foreigner was awesome!
And i color you cool buddy...greedy is a given:)

reply

Hey, metal is great, like Iron Maiden (of course, we're past two minutes past midnight right now, so we're all set for tomorrow. We can rock another day!).

reply

Up the Irons forever!
Pleased that we met and i look foward to seeing you soon dude!
Fun time with ya;)

reply

Yeah, you seem like a cool person as well, and all the luck on your endeavors, and New Year too!

reply

They're not supposed to be teenagers but in their twenties.
