Jane Leaves/"Serena" - she looked so ethnic, it threw me.

When I was watching this, I kept wondering who is that Hispanic woman? She looks familiar. Sorta like Maria Conchita Alonso, but I know its not her. Was surprised to fine it was Jane Leaves. How did Daphne from Frasier look so ethnic? Kinda cool, actually.
