When Star/Trek/Wars Came Out

Nah, they were nonsense gibberish names to him. Probably forgot the specific words the day after the diner fight. And he probably figured out it was just Marty all along shortly after so the names didnt stick. When the show/movie comes out decade(s) later, he probably didnt remeber the exact nonsense gibberish names he heard that one time years ago. It may have rung a bell like "that sounds oddly familiar" but didnt think anything of it. His science fiction book in the 80s probably used other nonsense names as a substitute because he couldn't remember the gibberish Marty said that day 30 years ago.

Good question, seeing as George was a massive sci-fi fan! He would have taken notes once the 'visit' was over and been somewhat inspired, being an aspiring writer. There could have been a running joke at the end about how he had a vision about planet Vulcan and Darth Vader once in his wake from sleep or something, and no one believes him, except Marty.
