While he was a jerk I wish he'd gotten more screentime, I thought the scenes he was in were very interesting.

Brad was overall my 2nd favorite character in the franchise, behind only Nuclear Man

I would put him just behind Rocky from the diner. Everything else is spot on though.

I thought he was like a Biff from BTTF... an idiot character in the movie to serve the story. He played well against Chris Reeve and made the computer building scene funny.

Did you know he was played by Gavan O'Herlihy? The son of Dan O'Herlihy who was The Old Man in RoboCop and Grig in The Last Starfighter.
