The two workers say the microwave was a deathtrap for anyone with a pacemaker..because the wires were mixed up..then one of the workers goes Into the garage and opens the fridge to reveal Mays head...and her eyes turn red...the end..umm what the heck just happened?

How was her Sister still in the closet?

I don't think the sister had been in the closet for too long. She was still alive because he didn't fancy her.

The man who lived there had a pacemaker. That line about the pacemaker was just to explain how he met his end.
