A friend in school told me there is a part where Michael Myers eats a baby. You can imagine my disappointment when I finally saw the film, and Michael walks through an entire maternity ward without eating a single baby!

He eats a baby in the deleted scenes. He sits down next to Harold and eats a baby while Harold eats his mayonnaise sandwich.

Because Michael said to him, "I hate mayonnaise" and they thought the audience would find it too unrealistic to have Michael talk.

That would have been a great idea. I'm surprised Rob Zombie didn't put a scene like that in his Halloween movies
