Enos was pretty dumb. Dumber than Roscoe

Everybody was dumb on this show with the exception of Uncle Jesse

I would say Enos was dumber. Roscoe use to be very competent and honest sheriff but the county voted down him receiving a pension and that's when Roscoe became dishonest.

From what I can recall from my youth, Enos was kindhearted and a much better driver than Roscoe. Since driving skills are very important in Hazzard county, one could argue that Enos was a better cop.
