Its one of those endings that u never forget its so sad and horiffic very hard to forget!

I was 15 when I first saw this and it made quite an impression on me. Didn't expect that to happen.

well, if you are going to mention it ... 35 years after it's been out - at least spoil the ending so those of us who are not going to see it know what you are talking about. ;-)

I happened to zap into the finale channel surfing and it was very disturbing.
