Book was better

I'll check it out. Because I pointed out the film is too much like a soap opera.

There are exceptions but true for the most part.

I've never seen the film, but it's a great book. It's one of the few apocalypse books that I think captures a true sense of how people would behave as they face the end of the human race.

Yep. But the film was a better than usual adaptation.
