The first is that there are a wide variety of very specific preferences. Some like only very long toes, some like only very short toes. Some like high arches and some like flat feet. The other layer is that if you scroll the comments, you can see the opinions of the users and what they rated for that person. Many times, you'll see comments critical of the feet, but the user does not provide a rating. I don't know what it is about wikifeet, but there seems to be some unwritten agreement that if you don't like what you see, you simply don't rate it, rather than provide a bad rating.
Combine these together and you get exactly what you've observed. A lot of objectively unattractive feet with absurdly high ratings.
